How to update a profile:

1. From My Site page, complete the “Your Information” section.
2. Click on the Save button.
3. Complete the Recipient 1 section.
4. Click on the Save button.
5. If you are taking care of more than one person, then click on the Add Another Care Recipient button and fill out the information regarding other recipients.

Once completed it will show your completion percentage at the top of the page

How to start a discussion thread:

1. On Top navigation bar select Discussion Forums link.
2. Select New Discussion.
3. Enter new discussion text in the input box.
4. Click OK to submit.

1. Click on the Register Now/Log-in link at the top of the page, underneath the website navigation

2. Click on the Forgot Your Password link on the Log-in section of the page

3. Enter your email address – a new password will be sent to you

4. Copy the new temporary password and return to the Log-in page

5. Log into the website using your username and your new temporary password – you will be taken to a page to change your password

6. Insert your current password and a new password and press the Save Password button

1. Note: Your password must not be the same as one of your previous passwords.

1. Click on the Register Now/Log-in link at the top of the page, underneath the website navigation

2. Complete the information under the Register Now! Header

1. Note: Your password must be at least 7 characters long and contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one number. For example, Passw3rd

3. Click on the Register Now! Button

4. You will be sent a confirmation email to activate your account. Once you create your account you must click on the link within the email before your account will be activated.

5. After you activate your account, you may begin using it. You may login from the Register Now/Log-in page on the right-hand side.

How to ask the Blog Expert a question:

1. From the My Site page, click on Ask Our Experts link.
2. Fill all the fields.
3. Select one of the categories from the "Help us answer you" drop down list.
4. Click Submit button.

After submitting a blog question a confirmation message will be displayed
